Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
CONCEPT DRAFT

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.

 
This bill proposes to amend the motor vehicle habitual
offender law under the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 29-A,
section 2551 to allow an offender to receive a conditional
license for work purposes after 6 months of suspension if some of
the underlying offenses are minor offenses.
