Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.

 
This bill proposes to create an all-terrain vehicle trail pass
system administered by the Department of Inland Fisheries and
Wildlife, with revenues shared by the department and registered
all-terrain vehicle clubs.
