Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. P&SL 1913, c. 157, §3 is amended by adding at the end a new
sentence to read:

 
This section does not apply to a proposed structure for which the
owner has received approval from all municipal and state
authorities.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill allows a structure to be built on the shore of
Sebago Lake without Portland Water District approval as long as
the owner of the proposed structure has received approval from
all municipal and state authorities.
