| Sec. 1. Access to geographic information system data. Resolved: That the |
| Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management, Maine |
| Emergency Management Agency shall develop reasonable restrictions |
| on who may access state geographic information system data. The |
| Maine Emergency Management Agency shall develop policies and |
| procedures to establish and collect identifying information from |
| anyone wishing to access such data, including but not limited to |
| personal identification, address and the purpose for which the |
| data is being requested. The Maine Emergency Management Agency |
| may adopt routine technical rules pursuant to the Maine Revised |
| Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A to implement this |
| section. |
