Sec. 1. 2 MRSA §6-A, sub-§3, as amended by PL 1985, c. 618, §1, is further amended to read:

3. Other employees. The salaries of the following employees shall be are within salary range 88 53:

A. General counsel;

B. Director of finance;

C. Administrative Director;

D. Director of technical analysis; and

D-1.__Director of energy programs; and

E. Director of consumer assistance.

SUMMARY

This bill raises the salary range of 6 positions at the Public Utilities Commission and corrects the inadvertent omission from this provision of law of the director of energy programs.
