| | | Sec. 1. National Day of Hope established. Resolved: That April 6, 2005 is | | declared National Day of Hope. The Department of Health and | | Human Services shall make available information to educate the | | citizens of the State on how to break the cycle of child abuse | | and neglect. |

| | | Emergency clause. In view of the emergency cited in the preamble, | | this resolve takes effect when approved. |
