Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 22-A MRSA §201, sub-§2, as enacted by PL 2003, c. 689, Pt. A,
§1, is amended to read:

 
2. Bureaus and divisions. The department consists of the
bureaus and divisions necessary to carry out the work of the
department, including, but not limited to, the Bureau of Elder
Services.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill requires that the bureaus established within the
Department of Health and Human Services include the Bureau of
Elder Services.
