| The fiscal note assumes the new Insurance Fraud Investigative Unit in the Bureau of Insurance will require the creation and funding of two Fraud Investigator positions and one Attorney position in the Bureau, and assumes funding to cover the expenses of one Assistant Attorney General. Assessment revenue authorized in the bill will generate sufficient revenue to fund the new Unit. | |||||||
