	Increases the class of certain crimes from Class D to Class C, incurring correctional and judicial costs
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	In addition to the current costs from raising the class of certain crimes, the bill will increase probation for certain probationers and will result in additional future costs to the Department of Corrections for probation officers and general operating expenses of approximately $80,000 in fiscal year 2009-10 to as much as $560,000 in fiscal year 2016.  Additional costs related to the Department of the Attorney General can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources.
