Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill appropriates $1.4 million to the Violence Intervention and Prevention Program in the Department of Human Services.  In FY 2003 $1,200,000 was deappropriated by PL 2001, C. 714 from the Purchased Social Services Program that had been intended for the same purpose.
