Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The establishment of the Marine Fisheries Research and Development Fund will require a base annual Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $500 beginning in fiscal year 2004-05.
	The Department of Marine Resources estimates that approximately $150,000 will be transferred from the Aquarium and Resource Center at West Boothbay Harbor Fund to the Department of Marine Resources Educational Fund and that approximately $175,000 will be transferred from the gas tax fund to the Marine Fisheries Research and Development Fund.
