Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The fiscal note assumes the costs to the Department of Labor can be absorbed by the Department utilizing existing allocations. The Division of Employee Health and Benefits in the Department of Administrative and Financial Services will require a new Federal Expenditures Fund allocation for two limited period positions and associated administrative costs to enroll dislocated workers in the program.
	The Department of Labor has applied for a grant of up to $15 million that would fund the new program and positions. If the grant application is not approved, the new program and new positions would not be funded.  If the grant is approved at an amount less than requested, the timing and scope of the program and the number of positions may need to be modified.
