	The conveyance of a particular piece of property from the Department of Conservation to a certain individual will result in the loss of whatever the asset value of that property may be.  The department recently became the default owner of this property through the provisions of 12 MRSA § 1801 (6); the property was thought to be owned by the individual to whom the property will be conveyed to and that individual has been paying property taxes for the property in question.  The property has not been appraised for its asset value; the value of the property can not be determined at this time.
