	Authorizing the Treasurer of the State to charge a nominal fee to recover the cost of providing investing services to non-state entities that invest in the Treasurer's Cash Pool will result in an increase in dedicated revenue to the Treasurer in an amount that can not be determined at this time.  The additional cost to the Finance Authority of Maine, the University of Maine System, the Maine Community College System and the Maine Maritime Academy if this measure is approved can not be determined at this time.
