| Fiscal Detail and Notes | |||||||
| The Legislature will require allocations of Other Special Revenue funds for the per diem and expenses of the Commission. Reimbursement is to be received from the fish hatchery maintenance fund in the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. The Legislature previously received funds from the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife pursuant to Public Law 2001, chapter 462, for the cost of the commission in fiscal year 2001-02 and fiscal year 2002-03. There is an unexpended balance of approximately $1,750 which will reduce the amount needed from the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife to support the estimated costs to reestablish the commission. | |||||||
