| The Bureau of Health in the Department of Human Services will need two additional federal positions to implement the cancer prevention and control program required by the bill. The Bureau has sufficient federal funding for this purpose and will transfer existing "all other" federal funds to "personal services". Any additional cost to the Department of Education to consult with the Bureau of Health on implementing a cancer prevention and control program can be absorbed by the Department of Education utilizing existing budgeted resources. | |||||||
