| The Licensing and Enforcement program within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation will require General Fund appropriations of $213,612 and $149,300 in fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05, respectively to establish and implement the program. These costs include funding for 2 positions, a service contract, and other administrative costs. Because a funding source for the program is not identified in the proposed legislation, the department will require General Fund appropriations to support the costs of the program. | |||||||
