Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The Department of Marine Resources will be refunding approximately $130,000 from the Salmon Aquaculture Monitoring, Research and Development Fund to certain individuals in fiscal year 2004-05.  No additional allocation is needed.
	The repeal of the Salmon Aquaculture Monitoring, Research and Development Fund will decrease Other Special Revenue Funds revenue collected annually by the Department of Marine Resources by $395,994 beginning in fiscal year 2004-05.
