Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Increasing the resident ATV registration fees will increase annual General Fund revenues collected by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife by $175,000 beginning in fiscal year 2004-05.  These same fee inceases will also increase dedicated revenues collected by the Department of Conservation by the same amounts beginning in fiscal year 2004-05.
	The addition of 5 Game Warden positions to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife will require an increased General Fund appropriation of $467,940 in fiscal year 2004-05.
	The Department of Conservation will require an additional annual Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $175,000 beginning in fiscal year 2004-05.
