	The additional costs to the Maine State Housing Authority associated with establishing the State Affordable Neighborhood Development Review Board and reimbursing members who are not State employees for their attendance and reasonable expenses can be absorbed by the Authority utilizing existing budgeted resources.  All costs associated with serving on the board can be absorbed by the Department of Environmental Protection and the State Planning Office utilizing existing budgeted resources.
