| Requiring the establishment of a new workers compensation group self-insurance account if 3 or more group self-insurers request it will require the establishment of the account, the collection of revenue and the processing and payment of claims against the account. The fiscal note assumes the account will be self-funded, but at this time, the amount and timing of revenue collected and payments from the account cannot be determined. The Bureau of Insurance in the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation will require an Other Special Revenue Fund allocation for an additional half-time position to administer the account. | |||||||
