	This bill changes the way funds that are appropriated for General Purpose Aid for Local Schools are allocated to local school administrative units.  The fiscal impact to the Department of Education and local school units cannot be determined at this time and will depend on the per pupil allocation amount set by the Legislature and how the State's share of Debt Service will be addressed.
