Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The Finance Authority of Maine will require additional General Fund appropriations of $16,000 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $3,000 in fiscal year 2004-05 to establish and implement the Bycycling Assistance Loan Program.  The additional cost to the Fund For a Healthy Maine associated with the cost of the interest rate subsidy can not be determined at this time.
