Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Although there is no immediate impact to the General Fund, this requirement would increase debt service costs to the Governor Baxter School for the Deaf which receives a significant amount of its funding from General Fund appropriations.  There is also the potential risk of the State losing Mackworth Island and the school facilities if the Governor Baxter School for the Deaf is unable to make its debt service payments.
