Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Requiring the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife to issue ATV stickers will necessitate an additional General Fund appropriation of $100,000 in fiscal year 2003-04 for the costs of reprogramming the department's computer systems to accommodate this change. In addition, beginning in fiscal year 2003-04, the department will incur annual General Fund savings of $15,000 from not having to issue ATV registration plates.
