Changing the manner in which certain transaction fees can be charged will decrease annual General Fund
revenues collected by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. The estimated revenue reductions are
$5,000 and $10,000 in fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05, respectively.
