	Transferring state ownership of certain railroad right-of-ways to the Calais to Eastport Rail Authority and certain municipalities will result in the loss of General Fund property assets owned by the Department of Transportation. The estimated value of these right-of-ways ranges from a low of $525,000 to a high of  $1,600,000.
