	This amendment reduces the cost of the study by limiting the number of meetings.  The remaining projected legislative costs of $1,260 in fiscal year 2003-04 and $930 in fiscal year 2004-05 for 3 legislators to participate as members of the committee will be funded through the Legislature's study budget.
