Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill will require the revision of the Regulation of Enforcement poster by the Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Standards.  A General Fund appropriation of $13,000 in fiscal year 2003-04 is required for printing and mailing costs.  If other bills are enacted that also require changes to this poster, the cost properly allocated to this bill can be reduced.  This bill would also reduce the amount of fines collected and deposited into the General Fund due to Child Labor violations.  The Department of Labor estimates the reduction in fines collected to be approximately $345,000 per year beginning in fiscal year 2003-04.
