| §93-B.__Epinephrine Training Fund |

| | 1.__Fund established.__The Epinephrine Training Fund, referred | to in this section as "the fund," is established as an Other | Special Revenue funds account and funds deposited to the fund are | nonlapsing.__The commissioner may use this fund only to purchase | epinephrine autoinjectors and to support the costs associated | with training basic emergency medical technicians to administer | epinephrine. |
