| | | 7.__Possession of hunting equipment without license.__The | | possession of any hunting equipment in the fields, forests or on | | the waters or ice within the territorial limits of the State by | | any person who does not possess the required hunting license duly | | issued to that person, covering the period of time within which | | the hunting equipment is found in that person's possession, is | | prima facie evidence of hunting in violation of law, unless the | | person furnishes satisfactory evidence of the issuance of a | | hunting license. |
