9.__Boundary waters between Maine and New Brunswick.__ "Boundary waters between Maine and New Brunswick" means:

A.__In Aroostook County: St. Francis River; Glazier Lake; St. John River; Monument Brook; North Lake; the thoroughfare between North Lake and East Grand Lake; and East Grand Lake; and

B.__In Washington County: East Grand Lake; Mud Lake; St. Croix River; Spednic Lake and Grand Falls flowage.

10.__Closed season.__"Closed season" means the time during which it is unlawful to hunt, trap or possess any wild animal or wild bird or to fish for or possess fish.

11.__Commissioner.__"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.

12.__Department. "Department" means the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.

13.__Domicile.__"Domicile" means the place where a person's true, fixed and permanent home is located.

14.__Drive deer or moose.__To "drive deer or moose" means an organized or planned effort to pursue, drive, chase or otherwise frighten or cause a deer or moose to move in the direction of a person who is part of the organized or planned hunt and known to be waiting for the deer or moose.

15.__Drowning set.__"Drowning set" means a trap set for wild animals that is:

A.__Set completely underwater; and

B.__Rigged in such a way as to reasonably ensure the drowning of any species of trapped furbearer that would reasonably be expected to visit the set location and be held in the type of trap used at the set.

16.__Eel.__"Eel" means a member of the species Anguilla rostrata in that stage of its life cycle when it is 6 inches or more in length.
