| | | Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §1351, sub-§4 is enacted to read: |

| | | 4.__Requirements.__A driver education course approved under | | this subchapter must include instruction that imparts the | | understanding and skills necessary to operate a motor vehicle | | safely in a situation in which a motorcycle is sharing the | | road with that motor vehicle. |
