Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §7013-A, sub-§3 is enacted to read:

 
3.__Stocking levels.__The Department of Inland Fisheries and
Wildlife shall ensure that lakes located in Aroostook County
are stocked at levels equal to lakes in other regions of the
State.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill requires the Department of Inland Fisheries and
Wildlife to stock lakes in Aroostook County at the same level
as in other regions of the State.
