Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §550-B, sub-§7 is enacted to read:

7.__Well cap information.__After completion of any well or the enlarging or deepening of an existing well, a well contractor shall provide information on the well cap indicating the date drilled, the depth of the well and the well yield rate.
