| | | Sec. 1. 36 MRSA §1760, sub-§23-C, ¶¶D and E, as enacted by PL 1999, c. | | 759, §2 and affected by §5, are amended to read: |

| | | D. Truck bodies and trailers manufactured in the State; | and |
|
| | E. Camper trailers, including truck campers. |
|
| | | Sec. 2. 36 MRSA §1760, sub-§23-C, ¶F is enacted to read: |
|
| | | F.__Special mobile equipment. |
|
| | | This bill includes special mobile equipment among the | | vehicles that can be purchased by a nonresident and exempted | | from the Maine sales tax. |
