Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
CONCEPT DRAFT
SUMMARY
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
This bill proposes to require that land in Windham held by
the State under the direction of the Department of Corrections
be put to productive use. For example, the land could be
farmed, as it was in the past.
