Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA §8204, sub-§1, śC, as enacted by PL 1993, c. 706,
Pt. A, §4, is amended to read:

 
C. The chair of the Limestone School Board or the chair's
designee;

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill changes the membership of the Board of Trustees of
the Maine School of Science and Mathematics to allow the chair
of the Limestone School Board to choose a designee.
