Sec. 1. 21-A MRSA §111, sub-§3, as amended by PL 1987, c. 188, §1, is further amended to read:

3. Residence. He The person must have established and maintain a voting residence in that municipality for at least 30 days before an election.

SUMMARY

This bill provides that a person must establish and maintain residency in a municipality for at least 30 days before an election in order for that person to register to vote in that municipality.
