Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA §15901, sub-§4, ķA, as enacted by PL 1981, c. 693,
§§5 and 8, is amended to read:

 
A. On-site additions, renovations or expansions to existing
schools;

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill expands the definition of school construction
projects to include renovations or expansions to existing
schools.
