| | | Whereas, such growth is critical to ensure success for all new | | and existing technical college students; now, therefore, be it |

| | | Sec. 1. Increase access to Maine Technical College System. Resolved: That access | | to the Maine Technical College System must be increased by | | allowing the enrollment of 500 more students to the system's | | current rolls; and be it further |

| | | Sec. 2. Support student success. Resolved: That funds be provided to | | strengthen academic counseling, increase student outreach and | | establish a dedicated fund for necessary investments in classroom | | and laboratory equipment; and be it further |

| | | Sec. 3. Appropriation. Resolved: That the following funds are | | appropriated from the General Fund to carry out the purposes of | | this resolve. |
