| | | The amount of compensation payable to an employee under this | | Act may not be reduced because the employee is not a United | | States citizen. |

| | | This bill ensures that each employee entitled to workers' | | compensation benefits receives the full amount to which the | | employee is entitled regardless of whether or not the employee is | | a United States citizen. |
