Sec. 1. Increase in reimbursement. Resolved: That, beginning October 1,
1999, the Department of Human Services shall increase the
reimbursement under the Medicaid program for testing, treatment
and evaluation services for psychological services to not less
than $60 per hour.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve directs the Department of Human Services to
increase the Medicaid reimbursement for psychological services.
