Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §7156 is enacted to read:

§7156.__Voluntary contribution to "Hooked on Fishing Not on

Drugs" program

The commissioner shall develop a fishing permit form that allows fishing license applicants to voluntarily contribute an additional $1 to be applied toward the "Hooked on Fishing Not on Drugs" program established in section 7035, subsection 18.__All fees collected under this section accrue to the "Hooked on Fishing Not on Drugs" program.

SUMMARY

This bill establishes a system whereby fishing license applicants may voluntarily contribute $1 to be applied to the "Hooked on Fishing Not on Drugs" program.
