| | | §4005-D.__Foster parent attendance at meetings |

| | | The foster parent of a child may attend any meeting between | | representatives of the department and that child. |
|
| | | This bill allows a foster parent to be present when the | | Department of Human Services meets with the foster parent's | | foster child. |
|
|
