§666. Records of surrendered certificates of title

The Secretary of State shall maintain a file for 5 years of every surrendered certificate for tracing title of vehicles. [PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. B, §5 (AFF).]
