§1765. Out-of-doors inspections
A certified inspection mechanic may inspect a vehicle out-of-doors if:

1.
Class of vehicles.
The vehicle conforms to the class of vehicle that the inspection station license authorizes for inspection; and

2.
Altered vehicles.
Alterations or additions to the basic design or structure of the vehicle not produced by the original manufacturer prevent the vehicle from entering inside the inspection station.
