§2751-E. Rulemaking

The Commissioner of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry shall adopt rules to carry out the purposes of this subchapter. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2‑A. [PL 2025, c. 193, §8 (NEW).]
