In Memory of: (5-23) Virginia "Gina" (Smith) Farnsworth, of Bar Harbor. Mrs. Farnsworth worked for the Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce for over 50 years. A member of the Church of Our Father in Hulls Cove, she served the church community as senior warden and, for many years, as treasurer of the church's fair committee. She was also a member of the Bar Harbor American Legion Auxiliary for several years. She frequently volunteered for the Bar Harbor YWCA, including the food pantry, and was named the Woman of the Year. She was a member of the Bar Harbor Rotary Club and one of the first women to receive the Paul Harris Fellowship. Mrs. Farnsworth will be long remembered and sadly missed by her family, friends and community;

(5-24) Robert D. Pate, of Saco. Mr. Pate served in the United States Air Force and was stationed in England during the Korean Conflict. After his military service, he became a funeral director, eventually owning Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Homes in Saco and Buxton. He was a member of the Biddeford Saco Rotary Club, Wardwell Home and the Salvation Army Corps in Old Orchard Beach. He also served as President of the Saco Little League and the Thornton Academy Boosters. He was a longtime member of the United Baptist Church of Saco, Saco Masonic Lodge #9 and the Maine Funeral Directors Association. Mr. Pate will be long remembered and sadly missed by his family, friends and community;

(5-25) Donald F. Dow, of Westport Island. Mr. Dow was a member of the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War. Upon his return from Korea, he lived in Millbury, Massachusetts. He dedicated many years to working as an executive at AAA Northeast, providing assistance and support to countless travelers. After retiring to Maine, he worked at various jobs, including at Bath Iron Works and as a property caretaker for several local properties. Mr. Dow will be long remembered and sadly missed by his family, friends and community;
