In Memory of: (5-9) Katherine Helen Brookes Lund, of Saco. After substituting in local schools, Mrs. Lund became the assistant librarian at Thornton Academy in 1983, retiring in 2015. She was recognized for her years of service in the library and for her work in maintaining one of the most outstanding high school libraries in the State. She was a member of First Parish Church, serving on many committees, leading several as chairperson, and singing in the First Parish Choir for over 35 years. Mrs. Lund will be long remembered and sadly missed by her husband of 52 years, Raymond John Lund, her family and friends and all those whose lives she touched;
